About

Exploration & Empowerment

Living with a chronic illness or facing a new medical diagnosis can feel overwhelming. If anxiety, perfectionism, stress, or burnout are impacting your daily life or you’re searching for new ways to cope with life’s inevitable ups and downs I would love to support you in finding balance and relief. My counseling approach is grounded in mindfulness, empowerment, and compassion. I aim to create a supportive space where you can reconnect with your strengths and move towards a life that feels more meaningful and balanced. I work especially well with those who are seeking a deeper sense of purpose, value, and fulfillment in daily life. I enjoy working with clients navigating medical trauma and health anxiety, as well as those experiencing burnout, stress, and anxiety in their personal or professional lives. These experiences can leave us feeling vulnerable and stuck in patterns of struggle and uncertainty Together, we will explore the connection between your challenges and your well-being. While symptoms or life stressors may have brought you to counseling, they are only one part of your story. As we work together, I will seek to understand how you view yourself and the world around you so that the days in which you feel empowered and present outweigh the days of struggle and doubt.
